Does Tom Sandoval have a new roomie in his and Ariana Madix‘s shared home? That’s what she seems to think!
While talking about their current living situation on an episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show Tuesday, the 38-year-old said she suspects someone else is living in their house now. Who is the new roommate? None other than Billie Lee! Ariana theorized:
“I think Billie Lee literally lives in my house right now by the way.”
What? What’s going on? Did she move in as a friend? Or is there something going on between Sandoval and Billie now?
For those who don’t know, Billie appeared on the show as a recurring guest on Season 6 and Season 7. She was rumored to have had an affair with Sandoval in the past — though Ariana said on the Call Her Daddy podcast that she doesn’t believe the gossip. Hmm. When Scandoval began, the 39-year-old defended and sided with Sandoval despite being friends with Ariana. It’s safe to say their friendship was over from there! And now Billie allegedly has moved into her house with Sandoval?! Yikes.

Sandoval doesn’t appear to be spilling on whether or not Billie is living at the home. Instead, he touched on why he stayed at the property, saying:
“All those bills would be coming out of my accounts. I knew that if I moved out, she would probably have a friend move in and nothing would happen.”
So Sandoval has an issue with Ariana bringing in a new roommate, but it was fine if Billie moved in his eyes?! Seriously? Sandoval went on to mention he “couldn’t afford to go live in another place, ” adding:
“It’s one of those things where I feel like it was more of a [big] deal to everybody else than to us. It was kind of reassuring to me, because I feel like Ariana really went out of her way to try to dehumanize me, but it feels more performative than anything. Because at the end of the day, if she thinks I’m this, like, serial killer, then why is she still OK living with me?”
He then noted that Ariana living with him still made him feel like “on some level she trusted me and felt safe with me being there [rather] than her being alone in that house.” We highly doubt she trusts him anymore — not after he cheated on her with her best friend for months! A big reason she’s even still in the house is because she allegedly received a “trash” offer from Sandoval to buy her out of it. Plus, he refused to move! As Ariana pointed out:
“The respectful thing to do would have been for him to accept Rachel’s offer of staying in her apartment. Even, like, two days after all this happened, Kristen Doute was like, ‘Dude, you should, like, leave. Give her space, give her time.’ And he just outright refused, basically.”
Big ick! Ariana ultimately believes Sandoval is determined to remain in the house post-breakup because he feels he is being treated unfairly amid Scandoval:
“I think he also felt like all of this stuff had happened to him as opposed to him making the stuff happen. And so because of that belief he also felt like all of it was very unfair. So, I think that was part of the reason why he was digging his heels in and throwing parties. … It was almost like a kid throwing a tantrum sort of.”
