Wynonna Judd’s Daughter Charged With Soliciting For Prostitution Amid Indecent Exposure Arrest!

Wynonna Judd‘s daughter Grace Pauline Kelley is facing more charges!

As we reported, the 27-year-old was arrested in Millbrook, Alabama back on April 5 for indecent exposure and obstructing government operations after she was caught standing nude near a highway. But it turns out there was one more big crime: she has also been formally charged with soliciting for prostitution, per the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office.

Police Chief P.K. Johnson told DailyMail.com on Thursday that local authorities responded to two calls involving the celebrity kid last week before her eventual arrest. And as part of it, Grace was spotted holding up a sign that read “Ride for a Ride” along the highway — thus the soliciting prostitution charge. Whoa!!

The chief detailed:

“We responded to two calls involving her. In the first, she was observed in the area of businesses on Highway 14 near Murphy Oil by Walmart. She had a sign, displayed that said, ‘A Ride for a Ride’. And when she made contact with our officers, she argued with them about the legality of what she was doing. And that it was not illegal for her to offer herself in exchange for rides.”

They asked her to move on, but the cops were later called to a gas station on the same highway where she “apparently caused a disturbance with some of the customers.” She had told the clerk and others inside that “she had possibly been robbed.” But she was gone by the time police arrived. Shortly after, they found her again where the highway intersects with the interstate — and that’s when she was finally arrested. This time, she was standing with her chest and lower regions exposed while holding the aforementioned sign. Wow…

While the police chief has not spoken directly to Wynonna (who hasn’t made a public statement about the arrest either), a rep for the musician has reportedly been in touch with the court “inquiring” about the situation. Her father Arch Kelley III has, however, spoken to the chief. The law enforcement officer reflected:

“I have dealt with parents in this situation who don’t have the means that these people do. But I don’t think it’s as much about as, what are they going to do? Sometimes it’s about what have they already done to help. I got the feeling in talking with him, and this is just my opinion, that they’ve tried to help her and to no avail to this point. There have probably been many attempts on their part to get this young lady help.”

Oof. That would seem to be true — Grace has been in and out of jail since 2015 on a variety of drug-related charges, per the US Sun. The country music star has even been raising her grandchild Kaliyah Chanel, who was born in 2022 between Grace’s stints behind bars. According to reports, Grace was set to be on parole until 2024, but it’s unclear what will happen now with these charges. Per DM, as of Thursday, Kelley remains in police custody on bond.

We have to imagine this pattern of trouble is painful and so difficult for Grace’s family. Ugh. Sending love and light!
