Fans sang along in a sweaty crowd, with temperatures reaching a balmy high of 37 degrees Celcius on Tuesday.

The popstar herself was not immune to the heat commenting on the uncomfortable weather during her set.

“How the hell is everybody? Hopefully by seeing me wear a jacket it makes you feel colder,” Pink told the crowd.

Throughout the concert, she reminded fans to stay hydrated encouraging them to drink water from the free fountain stations.

“Is everybody hydrating? Are you ready to sweat?’ she asked the crowd.

On leaving the concert, many punters found themselves caught up in immense crowds at the well-known footbridge connecting Adelaide Oval to the CBD.

With temperatures still well into the 30s, the crowd struggled with the heat.

According to one fan who spoke to The Advertiser, the footbridge was “packed like sardines” with two women appearing to suffer from heat exhaustion and another “seen throwing up on the bridge”.

Fortunately, Adelaide Oval staff and emergency services were well-equipped to handle the heat-induced dramas.

One fan took to social media to thank them for their help.

“Special thanks though to all the Adelaide staff, SA Ambulance Service and Red Frogs Australia for all their tireless work looking after everyone,” the fan wrote.
