The joke was retribution for Culkin’s quip at the Golden Globe Awards on January 7, where he beat out Pascal to win Best Actor in a TV Drama for Succession.
“This is a nice moment for me,” Culkin said in his acceptance speech, “Thanks to Succession, I have been [in this room] a couple of times. It’s nice, but I accepted I was never going to be on the stage. So this is a nice moment. Suck it, Pedro! Sorry. Mine!”
It seems there’s no bad blood between the two, with the pair smiling together in this picture.
